Recipe- MILK SWEET(Tertipaal)


This is a delicious, easy to make South Indian milk sweet. Yum!
Ingredients:
Milk 1 lt
Sugar to taste (approx. 3/4 glass)
Method:
Let the milk boil on low flame, till it condenses.
Add the sugar and keep stirring till it solidifies and your sweet is ready to eat!!
Tips:
*Elaichi/Cardomom powder may be added for flavour.
*Use a heavy vessel. A pan/cooker may be used
*Keep stirring on low flame to avoid the milk burning. A small plate may be dropped into the milk to keep it from pouring out of the vessel.
*Do not let the milk solidify too much. The consistency should be just right(as in the picture).
So go on. Pamper your sweet tooth. I just did!!

hey ranju...the sweet looks too tempting...im sure the pan is empty by now...atleast ill be satisfied by looking at it..this pan will never become empty!!!!!

hey it sure is tempting but its not yet empty.. so you still have time to catch the next flight to my house and empty the pan!!
